Does this camera exist?

Okay, so I finally got my hands on the Fujifilm X10 and I loved it. But at the same time it's 600 dollars and at that price it cost more than the D70s that I want to get as well. Which means if I do get it, I doubt I'll want to carry it in my pocket with all the rest of the junk in there.

So here's what I'm looking for, something under 400 (possibly 500) bucks so I don't feel too bad if it takes a few bumps. Something with quite a bit of zoom as it's basically the only way to get bokeh I've found on compacts. And something with at least one dial so I don't have to dig through menus so I can easily shoot in aperture or shutter priority. Something with a hotshoe (this one isn't AS big a deal).

I had a canon s90 and loved it. Took terrific pictures. now with the S100 out you can pick up the s95 even cheaper then before
