Thanks ladies and gentlemen :D

I think you need to find a balance between the bright background and the grey one. desaturate it, but don't go all the way to grey, just so it's not so bright.

^^ Thanks i'm going to try that out once im done editing these basketball photos i took.

i agree with trying to find the balance between the 2 edits as ^^said

i really like the 2 shot using the couch and the 3 dogs....i just wish the middle pup didnt have the ear cut off...and i think you should try to clone the background (behind the couch) so thats its just a solid color and not as distracting...

I love the color to the couch as opposed to the gray look. For me, I think the first photo works well with the bright color. The photo that includes the three of them, I feel that if you desaturate it a little it would help the dogs to stand out more. It's drawing my eye more than the dogs are.

Adorable dogs! Congrats on getting all three of them to pose for you. My dogs keep wanting to either sniff the camera or as soon as I get down to their level, they come to me for some petting. lol

first off, adorable dogs! especially the cocker pup :) soooo cute!

I like the colored one the best.. the dog is already greyish annd brown and it sort of makes the picture dull. The pop of color really works well with the photo.

I would defiantly go for the color, but maybe tone it down just a tad. Without the color the pictures look boring, Needs some contrast

I like the color version of the first one, for the second one maybe just desaturate a little. Another thing, next time when shooting more than one dog use a smaller aperture so that you get all of them in focus.
One question, what's the breed of the dog on the left?

Alright i'm going to re-crop it and try to fill in the back. I was thinking about it too, but when I did it the first time it didn't really look right. But i'll go in and try it again.

Thanks for your C&C

Thanks i'll take it down a notch, and report back with the new one. :)

But thanks ! And I just got the cow hoofs that they ADORE and go crazy for. I just told them to hop on up the couch , told them to lay down, and Stay. And they did that perfectly. :)
Few minutes in they started getting tired of being teased and started dazing off, so i decided to move the treats around and get their attention lol !
Thanks for your comment ! :D

Yeah my mother liked the color one , but she liked how the dogs stick out in the desaturated one.

So im about to just go in the middle once i get back to the photos

Thanks for the comment !

Yeah that seems like the best solution right now to me. I'll be working on it, once these basketball photos sstop kicking me in the ass. :x

Yes I def. noticed the focus on my dog on the right ( on the computer ). I'm most likely going to re do these soon, and maybe change locations. I kinda wish i had a back drop .. Because i would DIE to have a photo of my dogs like your avatar ! ! !

But he's a shar pei, mixed with a pit or bull dog. We think... lol
Very sad story behind him , we rescued him when he was around 8 months, from some Horrible owners. So were not%100 sure what he's mixed with.
