Doing photgraphy/graphic design for a company, what should I charge?

Well someone from a car forum saw some of my photoshopping work and gave me a call today. He said he and a friend are starting a landscaping company and that he needed a graphic designer to do an animated gif for his website as well as sell him the rights to use any frame of the gif as a logo for his company's vehicles, business cards, T-shirts, and other merchandise. What should i charge.
