This is Meg, my chicken. She's not an 'eating' chicken, but a laying one, so she gives us eggs...she'll wonder around the house, so this morning, I thought I'd play with her.

We used to keep layers & raise meat birds; you can get attached to some of them. They have personalities like cats or dogs.

Hahaha, she's a hen, that's as far as my expertise takes me.

And they do have their own personalities, this is our second one and she's totally different.

Oh ya, it's great at first. Pretty soon though she'll be too busy to take your calls, then before you know it your getting a text telling you all about how it's nothing personal but the two of you are just "growing" in different directions...
