Nice. Pity though she is looking into the camera, I always think candid shots are more exciting.

is she slightly tilted?
also, i would crop just a bit off the right side and get rid of that mirror. maybe crop right to the side of that vending machine.

overall a nice shot. I love the framing with the alley.
