I see alot of noise there. Composition is too tight, pan out.

This really needs more shots. The sign in the lower left is blown out, the buildings are too dark, etc. There is a lot of noise. There is a weird blue/green snake thing in the upper right hand corner. The composition could be a little wider

Overall I don't like the shot, but more exposures would help.
