Geotagging

I own a Lumix S9. I have all the Lumix apps set for geotagging the images I take, but even though it shows as active in the apps, no geotag information appears.
I use Flickr to post those images too, but as I said, that information isn't recorded.
Help! Please.

I have finally given up hope of getting geotagging to work when using the Lumix apps. Although it seems to show geotagging to work, it never gets added to the photo file.
