Nice shot of your dog.
Dogs seem to be always photogenic.

The clipping of the ear bothers me though.
Try to include the full head.

Eh, you don't necessarily need the full head if you know how to properly fill the frame. A half step left or even better, getting down on the dog's level would help. You could fill the frame, have the dogs head butt right up against the top left corner with the eye placed on a third.

Exposure and color balance are great. I might have liked a different crop / framing better.
