Duplicating fisheye effect in PS?

I have always loved the effect the fisheye lense creates and I dont have a DSLR so I thought I would attempt in myself. I think I have to much background blur going on but thought this was sort of neat.

Any recomondations attempting this in ps?

I dont nkow why the 2nd one looks so bad but again it was just experimenting with photoshop.
