dust and debris on mirror cage...?

i don;t know how that came in to my camera, but i already have dust in the mirror and on the "red spots" or viewfinder inside the camera, i have no clue how that get inside the cam , but i will like to know if anyone can recomend a method to clean that?
the sensor has no problem since the pictures are clear but when i look the viewfinder i can see the dust and debris....

As long as its not on the sensor it'll do no harm, dust gets everywhere. H
