A Dutch staircase, I would not have noticed...
Good photo, I do love "Dutch tilt" as a means of expression.
Unfortunately it's not a Dutch, but a German cinematographic technique, oh well, you can't win them all!

I looked Dutch Angle up in Wikipedia and it seems Deutsch (German) became Dutch because of the similarity of sound: very interesting!

The funny thing is, the staircase is in Germany - in Augsburg
