Beautiful shot. Very peaceful and full of atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest is maybe bumping up the contrast a little bit. I think it would bring out that beautiful sky just a little bit more.

This is beautiful. So serene. And the deer is there, posing, though it would not let you get any closer (at least one other here who doesn't get so very much closer to the wildlife - Canoncan has an uncanny knack of getting up very close to them!

What do you mean about "coloured in Photoshop"?
Is this a b+w and the blue is what you added?
