Can someone please tell me how to upload the picture so it shows up in this post? I tried the image uploader from computer and it says something about me not having permissions, and tried upload from link and it says invalid URL what am I doing wrong?!?

When you are on the Flickr page for you image there is a "share" button just above the picture. Copy Paste the BB Code from that for the size you want into your post here and it should work for you.
