Why not simply re-shoot with better lighting?

becuase i cant right now. i dont have any equipment for re-shooting.

no way to repair the reflection ?

You could, but it would take a lot of work to do it correctly, but more importantly, the position of the watch is rather less than ideal.

Does the watch have a strap? If it does, it gets lost in the dark background.

One of the fundamentals of controlling reflections is understanding the 'family of angles' that produce the reflections.
It's a lot like shooting billiards.

That is definitely what needs to be done. Not only for the reflections but for the complete lack of light on the band causing it to disappear.
