Editing Nightmare - Any Suggestions (or help!)

Here's my quick editing try in Lightroom 3:

If the dog has a distinguishing characteristic such as the dual eye color, why would you want to remove this?

Editing a bad photo only yields a bad photo that has been edited.

Who knows, but it was the request of the OP's friend.

Not the best quality photo, obviously, but maybe it's important to the OP's friend for one reason or another.

I have a couple badly shot photo's myself from years ago, that while not the best example of good photography since they were just snapshots quickly taken when the moment presented itself, they're still important to me for personal reasons.

I think she wanted to make both eyes brown because the flash totally blew out the color of the dog's blue eye. He looks really cool in person.

I don't know what size they are printing this pic, hopefully pretty small!

I took it on to get practice. The couple edits that folks did gave me ideas and I was able to get a presentable pic out of it! Thanks everyone!

I def like editing pics where I don't have to think.
