I think the 3rd shot is really lovely, #2 I'm not so into the dreamy effect but otherwise nice

IMO
She is gorgeous but in #1 she is too far away, looks bulky and like she has no neck.
#3 is too much of a cliche and hard too look at - too flat.
#2 has the best possibility.
Her face is darker than her chest - and thus her chest draws one's eye.
There is a great deal of extra space her that doesn't add.
I would edit to bring attention back to her face.

I like #2 &#3 the best. But I am with Traveler on #2 being a little bight on her chest.
