the flash is slightly to bright, nice attempt however.

How did you do them?

He did a long exposure (1/25th), and panned the camera, following the biker, but manually set off a flash gun in the middle of the exposure to freeze the motion. That way, the background is blurred and streaked but the biker is perfectly sharp.

Nice pics. 1, 2, and 3 are all great.
