My young neighbour (11) has a Canon EOS 400D. He is a keen aviation enthusiast. He is asking me for advice on a compatible telephoto lens in the 300 to 600mm range.
He has a kit lens, I'm not sure but I think it's a small zoom lens. He is desperate to get his hands on something with a bit of reach. Bless him he said to me this morning he has a budget of 50 to 60 quid. I didn't have the heart to shoot him down.
