Image looks very flat and not really sharp, more motion than anything. Horizon is crooked, have to watch that, it can really make or break photos.

Focus looks pretty good to me, not perfect, but close. As for the horizon being crooked, it certainly is, but it has to be to keep the rider & horse vertical, which they are. I don't think that there is a way to correct one without tilting the other from the position that the picture was taken.

I just made a few minor tweeks to the image. Horizon line is now straight, added a little more contrast and a bit of sharpen. Hope you don't mind.
