Man you are good @smoke665 not quite but it was around 4:00ish PM closer to 5PM & yes I agree it is contributing to the image looking flat...

I reprocessed with a different crop & now I think it looks better & it"pops" a bit more...or is it wishful thinking on my part?

It looks better on my end. Don't be afraid to use the "dehaze" slider. Around here on a hot day there's still some haze in the air. Moving the slider to the "+" side will make a noticeable difference in the blacks and whites. As will using the clarity slider.
