Ethen was recently cast as the lead in a movie that one of my roommates was also casted in, and my roommate thought I might like his features so he encouraged Ethan to reach out to me to see if I would want to photograph him. He definitely wasn't wrong. Honestly I wont be surprised when I see him cast as a lead super hero in a major studio film, because he definitely has that look.
There were many great shots from this shoot, but I specifically wanted to capture a portrait of Ethan that showcased his great features while also resembling a classical painting. I'll probably share more from this shoot in the near future, but for now this is the shot that I want to show off the most.
Shot using an original 5D with a Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens attached set to f/10, 1/200th sec, ISO 50. Lit with a single Neewer C-300 flash and soft box.
