#1 is very nice. Beautiful colors and subdued processing.
I like #1 very much as well, but I might try to clone out the bright vertical posts along the road.
It's a nit for sure, but I find it distracting.

What filter(s) are you using on the first shot. Noticed it's a 331 sec shutter speed and I love the blur with the clouds.
