Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Got my pantone huey today. I am amazed at how different the screen looks now. people actualy look like people. :hail:
It is about like having a different laptop. Im having to get used to the new color layout. the before and after is really mind blowing.

What kind of color calibration methods do you use if any?

Integrated Color Corporation's ColorEyes software, with the XRite DTP-94 hardware (I think this was the hardware that came with the Monaco EZColor system). I can now edit photos, and have them come out reasonably the same when I print or have the photos sent out for printing.

Spyder2 for me too. Make sure you calibrate regularly though as the monitor will "shift" through time. I do mine once a month

right now since it is a new toy to me, Im going to be checking it often..lol
The tops of the windows seem to have a green hue to them, but if i pull a picture of lets say me up, i am the same color in the pic. so apparently I have just gotten that used to the way it looked before.

When i start doing a lot of photo editing, I do hook my crt to the lappy. My desktop was a multiple monitor setup, and had been since the days of win98/me. im still trying to get used to not having them side by side all the time.

thanks for the tip
