I'm trying to become better friends with my speedlight.. I'm trying to incorporate it into my food photography, so I more flexibility when I practice. I bounced the light for these shots.

I like you thought of bouncing the light. I enjoy playing with light too. Not much for me to comment on as far as the composition as I
haven't done much with food myself (except eat it).
