So since its crappy out i got creative with the flash and some balloons. Just some baby powder and a noise triggered flash. Camera was on bulb and the room was dark.

I use the trigger trap app. They sell a special cable that has a hot shoe on it. I don't have that cable so I had to get creative with the pocket wizards and use that as a pass through.
