Expose to the Right

I've just read a few articles on this, it's a new one to me and could help the noise problem I seem to have on a good number of my images :blushing:

Does anyone have any thoughts on this or regularly exposes to the right? Anything to lookout for (apart from the obvious blown highlight problems)? Tips? Things to look out for?

Check your ISO is as low as possible, erm, keep your aperture at the optimum for your lens... that's about it apart from what the article states.
