Here a shot from a wedding I did last weekend. My buddy was helping the 1 year old ring bearer get ready. The little guy was so good! He was focused.. to say the least.

I would have probably framed it the tiniest bit more to the image's right, but regardless a fantastic shot.

Picture is good, great interaction and concentration but I think the framing is wrong.
I would crop it like this below, reduce the brightness of the white areas indicated so that the front of the child's face is what we look at first, not the top of his head or the guy's hand.
Don't leave it to the viewer to avoid distracting things to find the center of the image; make certain the viewer knows what you are looking at.
