Eye correction question

I've posted to this forum before about this issue but haven't received a decent response. Need to know how to fix the eyes in a certain photo that I'm working on. The eyelid on the right is uneven and there is a glint on the left eye. I would like to know how to remove the glint and align the eyelid . If you can help please respond with how to correct the problem. Thank you

Is that the full resolution of the original that you have?

I don't see the same issues that you do.

If push comes to shove, you can always 'expand' the image on your screen to the point that individual pixels are shown. Then it's simply a matter of setting each pixel to the color you want it to be. Time consuming? - yes. Still frustrating results? - yes. In my limited experience, most if not all of the time, the subject(s) aren't as picky as I am about 'getting it right'.

You probably haven't gotten a decent answer, because the resolution of the photo you're uploading is horrid and we can't tell sh*t from sh*t.

I don't know what eyelid or what glint you're talking about. All I see are blurry pixels.
