yes, that's the greenfinch!
yes I had a lot of fun testing the use of a reflex camera, and of my macro lens!! about the DOF, it's often because I don't managed to get the good one....
about the bird, I let him alone and quiet during the 3 weeks he stayed at home (I didn't want him to be afraid and disturbed); I took portraits (a lot!!!) few hours before giving him freedom, because he was able to fly for 3 days!
I hope he's well now!
