too dark... the eyes are in shadow... can barely see them. The bright highlight on camera left is distracting... crooked "horizon" also.....

My take on it.. got rid of the highlights.. straightened it up... and lightened it up. Also sharpened it a bit, and hit the Saturation button.

I hate selective color, btw.. as do most of us here. This one is not any different.. but at least you can see the eyes now... hopefully you can see the difference.
