F/S Nikon D40, 2 Lenses and Extras

SOLD ------------Here is my D40, many of you know I upgraded to the D80 about 2 weeks ago, I was going to let my son shoot the D40 but he really is not interested so I am putting it up For Sale so I can purchase 2 new lenses. This is the D40 Kit with two lenses, the 18-55 and the 55-200, an extra battery, the videos that came with it and also a D40 Instruction book I purchased at Borders. Everything is mint and not a single thing wrong with it. $425.00 plus 12.00 Shipping within the US. Here are some photos of it.

I can't remember is the Nikon D40 equivalent to the Canon Rebel XT? I know one of them is similar specs wise that is My son would be very interested if still available.
