Thanks for looking!!

For some strange reason, I really like the tilt, the S-shape and the depth of field in #4. However, I don't see the need for the tilt effect in #1.

Thank you! I was really trying to capture the snow capped mountain is the reason for the tilt in number one! but the clouds seemed to drown it out!

Yep, that looks like home, sweet home! You were right in my neck of the woods when you took those!
I agree, the tilt is #1 just doesn't work--I love cemeteries and it's a good, sharp image, but the tilt does nothing but confuse me.
My favorite is #3--nice colors, good composition.
I like the idea in #4, but I think I'd actually prefer a sharper focus in front with the background more blurred...but that's just me. I may have just taken so many of those "winding road in the fall" pics that I'm no longer a good judge of them. Not that I ever was. ;)

Thank you for your input and advice! Those were taken at Cherokee National Forest and that's South Holston Lake. Beautiful place!!!

I like everyone but number one because of the angle. Angled shots should follow leading lines or serve a demonstrative purpose in my opinion. This has neither. The others are nice and sharp full of color and interesting to me. TFS.

Thanks for the advice. I am just a beginner and I appreciate the helpful hints!

Have a Blessed Weekend!

Yep, about a 20-minute drive for me. What cemetery is that, though? It looks familiar, and I LOVE shooting in cemeteries, so I'm wondering if I've been there...if not, I may have to take a little drive!
