I like the first one, i would just brighten it up a bit.
The second one doesn't have a very attractive subject for my taste, but i love the background!

I agree with Mersad, I like the first one much better, the second one I just don't like much cause of the subject.

Hey thanks for fixing the links. I'm at work so can't play with them a whole lot. Is there a way to make flickr photos viewable through the img code easily. Can't use photobucket at work... Sonic Walled

Yeah the silk worm nest isn't the hipest subject. Just liked the way the silk captured the light.
