It's a place called American Flat, near Virginia City Nevada. It's been leveled now, but it was a photographer's paradise. Huge old crumbling mining complex. Crazy shapes, covered in graffiti. At one time it was the largest concrete structure in the US... something like that.

At the time I has a small point and shoot camera, and got some snapshots.
