Hi,

I have three photos here that I'd like to hear back about, the theme I'm going for is framed. Let me know what you think, do they work firstly and or could I do something else through editing

1 and 2 are the same image but just slight edits in P2.

I prefer the increased contrast in #2

though on #3 wish it has less of the small stone area at the bottom

Agreed on all counts.

Yeah, me three. I'd try to get rid of some of the bright spots in the "frame" in #2. On the last, you could completely eliminate the gravel and have more or less a square composition.

How would you get rid bright spots. I would like to keep the frame idea in tact with regard 3, I do understand I need to crop it a bit

What software do you use for PostProcessing?

For instance in LightRoom you use the Highlights (in the BASIC: exposure, contrast highlights, shadows, whites, blacks section) to change bright spots.

Oh I see I did play with this before

I had to play with the contrast more then the highlights to get a difference #2 I also made a change to #3 but the skewness of the frame element is more obvious.

I would probably clone the bright spots in PS. I don't know LR, but I'm sure there's a way to do it there as well.
