In number 1 the white balance is off, there's also some strange artefacts in the blue sky above the building, did you do some cloning there? I like number 3 but maybe a little oversaturated.

No, sir, I did not do any cloning in the first photo, just increased contrast. Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it.

My opinion of these photos is that #1 is an okay HDR shot, credit for not over cooking it. #2 to me is oversaturated and the blue just doesn't seem to fit the scene. #3, I like the best but I think it could benefit from being a long exposure to allow the cars on the street to show some motion or possibly make them disappear.
