Pretty eyes. Careful with your framing, this is pretty tight.

She has beautiful eyes and nice hair but the crop is really too tight. I like the one in color the best.

2 things that detract in my humble opinion:
1) crop is too tight. I'd like to see more of the top of her head. Not necessarily all but some more and the sides are in tight as well.
2) there loos to me to be a green cast on the color image.

Other than those 2 things she looks great

I know nothing but I love the crop too. It draws me right to the top third of the picture, her eyes, which to me seem to be the true subject of the picture. She is gorgeous.
