The position of the umbrella's pole doesn't help matters in this case as well. As with the microphone, having it in front of someone's face is distracting.

I can see the smile, but I would love to see more of his facial features. It's dark on my screen, too much so to see any detail/micro-expression he may be displaying to convey the 'jokingness' you speak of.

i use manual lenses so focusing on someone while they are running is a bit difficult. i got what i got. ya know?

im old school like that. even though I have a couple autos. most of my glass is old. zeiss. vivitar, olympus. im a old head. with a new body.
