Film camera external flash on a D70s

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to use a hot shoe flash I have for my Nikon N90s on the Nikon D70s?
The flash is a Quantaray QAF 6600.
If it is possible to use it on my digital, then I understand that I will be unable to use the I-TTL capabilities, and be limited to just TTL, or possibly just manual.

D70 uses i-TTL and N90 uses d-TTL. These are not the same and are not compatible. You can use your Quantary in manual or in auto flash. Auto flash: the camera is in manual and the flash's own sensor determines the flash exposure.
