Film question

I want to do a shot at night of neon lights, and clubs. What kind of color film should I use?

Slide films are better for colors and saturation. Fuji Provia 100F reciprocity doesn't kick in until 128 seconds! which makes it faster than higher speed films with long shutter speeds.

I have kodak ektapress 1600 & kodak Pro 1000 ... what are these used for?
