film rebate frame

Hey all
i have a project i have to do. I need to scan a piece of film to capture the film rebate and then i have to take a digital file and make a boarder/frame for it using the film rebate. does anyone know how to do this so that it looks good or know where I can see any examples?

I don't understand what you mean by looks good.

Just scan it and arrange the sprocket holes to look 'good'. I'd make sure you got some cool text in there too. That always looks good.
