Filter Cases?

Anyone know where I might purchase some of the screw-together filter cases (holders) that filters used to come in? I've got some filters that didn't come with nice cases like that, and I don't like the "wallet" style holders. I like the hard filter cases, but don't know where to obtain them without buying the filters themselves.
