I finished restoring my violin today... 5 or 6 long weeks of work... hahaha It's worth it though! looks and sounds great! Here are some pics of it. And an artistic one just for the heck of it Hope you like them! It took a while to finish restoring it.... but It sounds great so it's well worth it! I think it is so great that you play the violin. (That's the music teacher in me coming out!) But restoring your violin? Extra cool. The artistic shot is really great.

Now that I've seen the condition it was in when you first got it, I must say once again: super job done to it. Admirable! (This applies to both, the photos you took of it in the various stages of restoring it, and the actual violin restoration work!).
Good job Little man, there is something soothing about working with wood. Bet you will enjoy playing it so much more after the work you put into it.
