The light on the second one seems a bit strange to me, so I thought maybe flash was used but it could be just me.

Nope just natural light and processed from Raw DNG In Aperture..I don't use any preset values for adjustments so there may be variances in the final result.3 and 4 was shot @2500 ISO 1/2000 anticipating lift off.
