Finding Talent / Models

Hello all...have a quick question:

Anyone have any online resources for tracking down local talent or models similar to www.onemodelplace.com ?

I'm looking to find some amateur talent to shoot that are looking to trade for prints, etc (as I'm too broke to pay professional models). I need to build my book and gain as much experience as i can, and I'm sure my friends are getting tired of me bothering them.

Any help is much and always appreciated. thanks...
