I think I know what Frequency means. Technically, they are fine. You seem to have learned the proper way to shoot these types of images. Having said that, they don't carry much emotion to me. The "city scene" below them is unappealing to me, and there is nothing else in the image to capture my imagination--just colorful streaks of light. Technically sound, but not the most interesting photos of fireworks I have ever seen.

Well, seeing as this was the second time shooting fireworks and the first time doing so with a decent camera I guess I managed allright!
I kind of have to agree on the scene not being really interesting, I don't think I could've gotten a much better skyline by repositioning though as the whole surroundings are rather boring.
Next time I'm going to try and find a good spot at the fireworks display in Rotterdam, they have displays there every once in a while too and the scenery is probably a lot more interesting. ^^
