First atempt at sunset C&C

Here are some sunset pic of Huntington beach today. Tell me what you think. I know theres room for improvement so let me know what you think

Wow. that was cool, seeing the pier by where I live on here.

I'm sure other people have some better critique but #1 is probably the best picture of that pier i've seen.

#3 i would crop out the object on the left side of the photo, besides that your pictures are awesome! Esp #1... like you haven't heard that enough times

No1 is a good idea, but not quite there. Had you framed it a little further to the left, you would have had the tower on the right top third> i'd have also have been tempted to have gone in landscape orientation as there is a little too much sky in the shot. Good for a first go though

@ thereyougo thanks for the advise and next time Ill do that. hopefully Ill go back next week and try that. In what order would you put the pics? Best to worse?

I don't know exactly what was used, but any program than has a clone stamp tool can do it. Photoshop, and GIMP, to name two popular choices.
