First B&W Conversion- C&C

Hi guys, this is actually a photo that I took the first day I got my camera. I'd love some C&C on composition as well as the B&W conversion.

The B&W conversion is very nice.

Composition? Didn't bother me at first glance, but now I wish the head was a little more to the right in the frame.

Well I'm just a noob, so my thoughts may not be worth much....
I like both the color and B&W. I think it's a lovely photo, nice work!
