I still haven't been blessed with a nice day to shoot baseball...Both days were cloudy and cold...And, as you can see, I'm a bit rusty after not using my 300mm for a few months...Let me know what you guys think.

Are you shooting at 2.8? the last one of the pitcher looks like iso 3200 or gnarlier. I'd shoot as shallow as you can to avoid that much noise. Well timed shots though

Very well-timed action shots and I don't mind the noise in these at all.

Nice baseball, it's a tough sport to shoot and get great images, it's also an easy sport to shoot as very little happens but shooting players standing around start to all look the same. I've always found it boring to shoot, waiting for anything to happen. You came away with some good action. I would have cropped a couple of them a little tighter, I'm guessing the outfield shot was a pretty good size crop already though.

Yeah a few are a little noisy...Cloudy days and no lights on the field made it a little challenging. I'll be posting a few more shortly with some better results.
