Paint Louis 2026 - Graffiti Event

Every Labor Day weekend graffiti artists from around the US and a few International Teams paint the flood wall in St. Louis. I usually go on day 2 Saturday, but it was scorching hot. Sunday morning artists were putting the last touches on their art. It was 100+ on Friday and Saturday, the artists put in long days in the heat. Sunday was much better temps.

Eyesore tags aside, this truly is an under-appreciated artform. Banksy miniatures, for me, just don't have the same impact these widescreen works do. Thanks for the post!

These are great! I seem to remember this event from last year. These artists are fantastic - and very tolerant of the heat.

Fun outing, with lots of photo ops.
